I have a Penn SQUALL SQL20LW multiplier reel which seems to have an issue – when there is tension/weight on the line it’s very difficult to move the lever from Retrieve into Free spool to drop the line, and feels like it is blocked/ stuck. I have to roll the reel forward manually to relieve the tension to be able to switch into free spool without applying significant force.
