Uprivers is a film that shares the stories of two communities being impacted by rampant industrial mining in British Columbia. The filmmakers, who hale from Sitka, AK, were inspired to make the film after learning about the KSM mine and the environmental degradation and pollution caused by the B.C. mining industry, which is transforming this salmon paradise into an industrial wasteland.
Their GoFundMe campaign will help his team complete the film and carry the project forward through post-production and distribution.
