Expanding on their classic rooftop fly rod rack line, Thule has just released the Sensei, a new rooftop rod carrier designed for the Tenkara angler. Now, even the Tenkara angler can easily travel from run to run without collapsing their rods.
Paying homage to the heritage of Tenkara and its Japanese roots, the Sensei is made from Grade A+ Tonkin bamboo that is lightweight and incredibly strong. Because nobody wants to steal a Tenkara rod, no locking mechanism was required, further reducing weight and increasing aerodynamic efficiency.
The icing on the cake? According to Thule, the automotive Chi one achieves with the Sensei will always guarantee a successful day on the water.
