Ride For Redd

Ride for Redd

Starting on April 17th, Kat Cannell and Katelyn Spradley will ride their horses from near Astoria, Oregon following the Columbia, Snake and Salmon River drainages to Stanley, Idaho. This route follows the same path as the migration of the Chinook and Sockeye salmon.

Ride for Redd

The ride will be roughly 900 miles in length spread out over the course of seven weeks. This journey will bring awareness to the dangerously low numbers of the returning salmon, the importance of our fisheries, and the health of our river systems to a larger audience.
