Having experienced first hand the divide in the angling community concerning salmon and steelhead management here in Washington, it’s discouraging to see similar dynamics playing out in Britsh Columbia.
In an all too familiar scenario, a steep decline in fish runs collides with the rights of First Nation fisheries creating divisions in the angling community.
