It’s very disappointing that TRCP, who is usually on the right side of land-based conservation issues, is working with various recreational fishing groups to undermine the Magnussen Stevens Act.
Sadly, various recreational industry groups are lobbying to fundamentally undermine the Magnuson-Stevens Act and the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership is helping.
