California’s longest-running water gambit is reemerging from the shadows.
Gov. Gavin Newsom’s Department of Water Resources released the final environmental review for its version of a decades-old proposal to replumb the state’s main water hub, the Sacramento-San Joaquin Bay Delta, to move more water from Northern California to Southern California.
