The legal battle continues over the expansion of the Grayling Fish Hatchery on the hallowed waters of the Au Sable.
In a recently filed lawsuit, the Anglers of the Au Sable allege that the Grayling Fish Hatchery is violating deed restrictions, calling for the land’s use to be limited to ‘recreational or museum purposes.’
