Dunleavy vows to take on EPA over Pebble

Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy is indicating that he will sue the EPA over its proposed veto of the Pebble Mine because this is state-owned land, not federal property.

A few other states joined the pity party.

Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Montana, Nebraska, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming sent a letter of opposition concurrently with the governors.
