Yellowstone’s neighbors telling Lucky, ‘no thanks’

The exploration proposed by Lucky has only one end goal – a major mining operation of low-grade, dirty ore. The world-class backcountry skiing, hiking, rock climbing, four-wheeler access, wildlife habitat, hunting and trapping, not to mention sources for multiple water right holders downstream, will all be impacted and ultimately eliminated if Lucky Minerals achieves the bulk mining of “1-2 billion tonnes” of ore they are promoting on their website.

With all due respect, we say “No Thank You” to the threat Lucky’s plans for Emigrant Gulch pose to our way of life and healthy economy on the doorstep to Yellowstone National Park.
