Portions of Wyoming’s Green and Encampment rivers may be the newest waterways afforded protection under the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act. Advocacy groups including American Rivers and Trout Unlimited are pushing to include big stretches of both rivers for designation as wild and scenic.
