Testimony of Dick Russell

When commercial overfishing sent striped bass populations into free fall in the 1980s, author and environmental journalist Dick Russell emerged as a key spokesman in a crusade by dedicated fishermen to save them.  In 2010 he testified in front of the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture on H796, an Act relative to the conservation of Atlantic striped bass
