Northern Dynasty Minerals reports the Pebble Limited Partnership has finalized a Right-of-Way Agreement with Alaska Peninsula Corporation (“APC”), securing the right to use defined portions of APC lands for the construction and operation of transportation infrastructure associated with the Pebble Project.
