Protect Southeast Alaska’s Rivers – Take Action

The clean waters that flow through the stunning mountain valleys and dense rainforests of Southeast Alaska sustain a recreational and commercial fishery valued at more than $1 billion annually. Within the enchanting Tongass National Forest, one of the last truly untouched frontiers and critical wild salmon habitat in America still exists. However, more than ten large-scale mines are in various stages of permitting and development in British Columbia that pose significant risk to these waterways.

Take action today and sign a petition to Secretary of State John Kerry asking him to work with Canada to create protections for these imperiled Alaskan waters.
