Every Child in Baja should kick their Dads and grandpa square in the nuts for killing Billfish. The next generation will have to smuggle drugs for a living instead of fishing because soon there will be nothing left. POS.
May I provocatively ask why not? If there's no reason to kill it there's no reason to catch it other than boosting your ego ... A little more self restraint and less ego driven C&R would be even less harmful for the fish. So just stop fishing for endangered species and fish that you could not make use of in a reasonable way.
