    June SOTM Entry: WA Tiger Muskie

    James Harrington with a Western WA tiger muskie.  I've been to this very bay a few times only to be finned.  Looks like B2 and I need to dust off the Natives.

    Not a monster but a respectable muskie all the same. But why are his hands in the gills?

    Not much in fibrous gill tissue that far forward. His hand is closer to the teeth, actually.
    Really no other way to hold the slimy Esox.
