    Pebble opponents score court victory

    A Superior Court judge has cleared the way for a legal fight over state-issued permits for the Pebble Mine.

    Judge Eric A. Aarseth said in his decision Monday that there was enough evidence to allow the constitutional issues concerning the permits to be heard at a Dec. 6 trial.

    FUCK THAT DAMN PEBBLE MINE! I hope those schmucks in "Red Gold" get their ass kicked in court! Tiffany Jewlers said they would not buy any of the gold or gems from that proposed shit hole! I have no faith in the judicial system but I sure hope it works this time. Thanks Judge Eric! He's got some good fishing karma coming his way!
