March Slab of the Month Entry: South Platte Brown Trout

Mike Miller didn’t find the big South Platte bows he was looking for, but did find some nice residents. This brown came to the net and made the chilly day much more pleasant.

Surprisingly enough this photo was taken on a Saturday afternoon, all the busy bodies were down closer to Elevenmile trying to rape fish off the beds. There were some others that day on the upper stretch, but not many.
