Abel was a good reel mfg way before anyone from the Madoff family came in as investors. That being said, I certainly wouldn't buy an abel coaster.

You buy 1 coaster now for half your money. Within 5 years you have 12 coasters and double your money. don't ask me how it works, just trust me. It's worked for every one else :-)

Machined coasters?...but I'll pass. I can get a Lamson Konic for about the same scratch...or a lot of beer.
