Abel Unveils New 2010 Reels and Accessories

Three new sizes of fly reels, new fish graphics, a larger knife, and a “bullet proof” money clip are among the Abel products on tap for 2010.
Abel will introduce the new precision machined fly-fishing and outdoor enthusiast tools at the Fly Fishing Retailer World Trade Expo, in Denver September 10-12.

I still am not buying a reel from acompany owned by a guy who can't cast a flyrod.Get one of your machinists to give you some lessons.And pay him.

Love the Abel backlash. At least I'm not the only one.
I'd sell all my Abel reels, except they've got my name on them. Of the seven I have, the Pt. 5 is the only one I use anymore, and that's the one they discontinued...I don't get it.

Abel reels just posted on Craigslist. Selling them cheap after reading these comments.
