    Is this real or has someone photoshopped that together? It looks stunning either way.

    lol it looks fake mate
    i have been using photoshop for several years now and i think its photoshopped
    as you can see the fish looks like its above the water rather than under it and the shadow is different to how a fish's shadow would look if it had been distorted by water.

    in my opinion its a fake

    Yeap, looks like it is photoshopped. It looks like its above the water and I dont think a koi would swim near those pebbles as it would get struck.

    Blue Koi are called Asagi koi. It isn't a true blue, its actually black pigment that is deeper in the skin of the fish, showing as a blue color. I have seen fish like this in real life, but I think that saturation on this pic was boosted alittle. They are very expensive, I have 2 of them that I am looking at to purchase, about 7 inches long and they cost 300 each.

    it could be real but it looks like its photoshopped.
    but there are actually blue koi`s they are very rare
    like 5 out a millon. and they are conciddered as waste.
    and turned into food or whatever. so you wouldn`t find one
    that easy maybe if you ask a breader in japan :P

    and to john a asagi isnt blue there main collors are orange/white/grey
