Gone for decades, bull trout could soon return to the Clackamas River

Today the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will publish its proposal to reintroduce bull trout to the farthest upstream reaches of the Clackamas river, in the Mt. Hood National Forest.

The last confirmed siting of a bull trout in the river was in 1963.

What about a shout out/credit to the artist who painted the picture of the bull trout in your post? It's Joe Tomelleri www.americanfishes.com.
